    Shipping methods

    Anonymous Copenhagen official online store uses UPS, GLS, FedEx, Postnord or DHL, depending on the country of delivery and your preference. Please note that a signature might be required when receiving the package. The couriers usually operates between 9am and 5pm during weekdays. To help ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend using a work address if possible. You will receive an order confirmation with your tracking number as soon as we have processeed your order, then you can easily keep track of your package.

    Payment

    Anoncph.com accepts Credit Cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Dankort, JCB, American Express. In addition you can pay with ApplePay, PayPal and MobilePay. No fees are charged for credit cards The amount will not be drawn from your card until the goods are dispatched. No fees will be charged for credit cards.     Return & Exchanges

    If you wish to make an exchange or a return, please use our exchange-/return portal.
    Returns must be in the original packaging and it must not show any signs of wear, spots, damages or foreign smells such as perfumes or smoke if you want to be sure to get a full refund.
    If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded. We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise.
    We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. As soon as we have received the package it will be handled within 8 business days. We will refund the payment no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
    Should you change your mind before receiving your order or fail to pick it up in time (not be available for delivery) and wish to use your rights of revocation this has to be stated in clear writing to service@anoncph.com. In this case we will deduct our additional cost of the return from your refund. Refusing to receive a parcel or not picking it up at the delivery point will alone not be accepted as annulled.

    Free shipping on exchanges

    We offer free return shipping when exchanging to another product or to a voucher. A voucher is non refundable. If you need an exchange label please please use our exchange-/return portal.

    Money back

    You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. If you wish to do so please use our exchange-/return portal. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
    When you have informed us that you are canceling your purchase, you have 30 days to return the goods to us. You will be liable if it is damaged during transport.
    If you cancel the purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced we will deduct the amount you are liable for. You may also choose to send the item to Nordic Apparel ApS. Nikolaj Plads 30, Ground floor, left 1067 Copenhagen, Denmark. We will then refund your freight costs (within reason) if the complaint is justified
    The article must always be returned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt of dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

    Using a return label purchased or offered by us

    Exchanging

    Simply use our exchange-/return portal if you wish to make an exchange. You will then receive a free exchange label and your exchange will be shipped to you, all free of charge!

    Returning for a refund

    If you wish to return for a refund. You can simply return using your own return label or you can purchase a return label here, either way simply use our exchange-/return portal.

    DK Label 60 DKK (If returning from Denmark)

    EU Label 25 EUR (If returning from Within EU)

    GLOBAL Return Label 40 EUR (If returning from Outside EU)

    When purchasing a return label for a refund, then we will simply deduct the amount of the return label when refunding your order. 

    When using your own return label; Please return to: Nordic Apparel ApS, Nikolaj Plads 30, Ground floor, Left, 1067 Copenhagen, Denmark. We advise that you return with insurance and with a track and trace number. Make sure to ship the parcel with a courier that delivers to a business address and not a parcelshop.

    Some goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to ex. very large orders. The cost of returning these goods is expected to amount to a maximum of 100 EUR.

    Whether or not you are using our label or your own labels, please use our exchange-/return portal to register your return.

    Right to make a Complaint

    If you have a claim, please send a picture of the issue together with your order number and a description of the issue to Service@anoncph.com. Rest assured that we respond to all direct inquiries or complaints typically within a few business days.
    When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act Applies. This mean that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article. If you complaint is justified it means that you may either have the article repaired, replaced, your money refunded or a reduction in the price depending on the specific situation.
    You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time 

    If your complaint is justified we will send a returnlabel to cover all shipping costs. 

    What happens after

    As soon as we have received the package it will be handled within 7 business days. If you wish to check when, whether or not we have received the package, we advice that you use the track and trace number provided by the carrier.

    Personal data policy

    We need the following information when you trade with us: 
    Name, address, telephone number and email address
    We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods yo you. 
    Personal data is registered with Nordic Apparel ApS and is kept for five years, after which data is deleted.
    In addition, we work with several other companies who stores and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf and must not use them for their own purpose.
    We work only with processors of data in the EU or in contries where data will be given adequate protection on anoncph.com, the person responsible for data is Nordic Apparel ApS. 
    You are entitled to be told what details about you we process. If you believe the details are inaccurate you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, er are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for. you can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being processed in a way thar is against the law.     Where can I file a complaint
