Anonymous Copenhagen official online store uses GLS and UPS for to ship orders within EU. For orders outside EU we use UPS, GLS, Postnord or DHL, depending on the country of delivery and your preference. Please note that a signature might be required when receiving the package. The couriers usually operates between 9am and 5pm during weekdays. To help ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend using a work address if possible. You will receive an order confirmation with your tracking number as soon as we have processeed your order, then you can easily keep track of your package.
Anoncph.com accepts Credit Cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Dankort, JCB, American Express. In addition you can pay with PayPal and MobilePay.
All orders are confirmed automatically by email, in case of delivery issues you will receive an email from us shortly after.

If you wish to make an exchange or a return, you can download the form below. Please fill out the form and include it in the package.
Returns must be in the original packaging and it must not show any signs of wear, spots, damages or foreign smells such as perfumes or smoke.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Should you change your mind before receiving your order and wish to use your rights of revocation this has to be stated in clear writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. There will in this case be charged 25 Euro for return of the parcel. Refusing to receive a parcel or not picking it up at the delivery point will not be accepted as annulled.
Free shipping on exchanges within EU
We offer free return shipping within EU when exchanging to another size, color, product or to a voucher. A voucher is non refundable. If you need an exchange label please write ”Exchange label” followed by your order number to Service@anoncph.com, then we will return to you with the label.
To avoid a product getting sold out during the exchange process we advice you to place a new order. When doing so, please check ”I already ordered my exchange” on the form below.
In case an exchange is not possible to be fulfilled 25 euro will be deducted for the exchange label unless voucher is specified
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Using our return label: When using our return label we will deduct 25 EUR from the amount of return if you are based within EU. If you are based outside EU, please feel free to send us an email to ask for a quote. If you wish to use our return label, please write ”Return label” followed by your order number to Service@anoncph.com, then we will return to you with the label.
When using your own return label; Please return to: Nordic Apparel ApS, Nikolaj Plads 30, Ground floor, Left, 1067 Copenhagen, Denmark. We advise that you return with insurance and with a track and trace number.
It is the customers own responsibility to use a shipping company that delivers at our address as we do not pick up parcels at other locations
If you have a claim, please send a picture of the issue together with your order number to Service@anoncph.com.
What happens after
As soon as we have received the package it will be handled within 5 business days.
If you wish to check when, whether or not we have received the package, we advice that you use the track and trace number provided by the carrier.
