Exchanges are free of charge!

You will receive a free exchange label and your exchange will be shipped to you, all free of charge! Simply follow the steps using our exchange-/return portal.


When returning for a refund

You can simply use your own return label or you can purchase a return label from us, either way simply follow the steps using our exchange-/return portal. Our label prices are clarified below.

 

When Returning/Exchanging from outside the EU

Please note that when returning or exchanging items from outside the EU, most carriers require you to include a Commercial Invoice. You can download a template here to fill out:

30-day return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. If you wish to do so please use our exchange-/return portal. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.


When you have informed us that you are canceling your purchase, you have 30 days to return the goods to us. You will be liable if it is damaged during transport.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases, this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded. We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise.


We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. We will refund the payment no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Should you change your mind before receiving your order or fail to pick it up in time (not be available for delivery) and wish to use your rights of revocation this has to be stated in clear writing to service@anoncph.com. In this case, we will deduct our additional cost of the return from your refund. Refusing to receive a parcel or not picking it up at the delivery point will alone not be accepted as annulled.

 

 

Free shipping on exchanges

We offer free return shipping when exchanging to another product or to a voucher. A voucher is non-refundable. If you need an exchange label please use our exchange-/return portal.

 

 

Money back

If you cancel the purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced we will deduct the amount you are liable for. You may also choose to send the item to Nordic Apparel ApS. Nikolaj Plads 30, Ground floor, left 1067 Copenhagen, Denmark. We will then refund your freight costs (within reason) if the complaint is justified

The article must always be returned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt of dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.


Using your own return label

When using your own return label; Please return to: Nordic Apparel ApS, Nikolaj Plads 30, Ground floor, Left, 1067 Copenhagen, Denmark. We advise that you return with insurance and with a track and trace number. Make sure to ship the parcel with a courier that delivers to a business address and not a parcelshop.


Some goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to ex. very large orders. The cost of returning these goods is expected to amount to a maximum of 100 EUR.


Whether or not you are using our label or your own labels, please use our exchange-/return portal to register your return.


Purchasing a return label from us

Note that purchasing a return label from us is a service, you are absolutely free to use your own shipping label for your return. (Simply follow the instructions above)

If you are returning or exchanging from the UK with our label, the return will be shipped to our warehouse in Copenhagen through a warehouse in Manchester.

    Right to make a Complaint

    If you have a claim, please send a picture of the issue together with your order number and a description of the issue to Service@anoncph.com. Rest assured that we respond to all direct inquiries or complaints typically within a few business days.


    When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act Applies. This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article. If your complaint is justified it means that you may either have the article repaired, replaced, your money refunded or a reduction in the price depending on the specific situation.


    You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time 


    If your complaint is justified we will send a return label to cover all shipping costs. 

     

    What happens after 

    As soon as we have received the package it will be handled within 8 business days. If you wish to check when, whether or not we have received the package, we advice that you use the track and trace number provided by the carrier.
